Flame-crafted maki with balanced richness.

Inspired by Osaka’s aburi traditions, we finish each roll with a precise torch pass, allowing fat-rich salmon, tuna, and eel to release their natural sweetness. The result is a velvety bite layered with umami sauces and textural toppings such as masago roe, chives, and aioli.

Our grilled maki line-up features city-inspired creations: the London with salmon and snow crab, San Francisco with masago and chives, and Dallas with fiery Japanese mayonnaise. Each roll is finished to order, meaning every bite arrives warm and aromatic.
